Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Toast chopped nuts in a dry pan, then set aside.

In a pan, mix grated cheese with cream and ground nuts. Simmer briefly. Season with salt and pepper, stir in chopped nuts and sage and serve with pasta.
