Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Meanwhile, rinse the pork tenderloin, pat dry and cut into strips. Saute in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.

3.

Drain the pasta and stir in the remaining oil. Mix in the goat cheese and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the meat and tomatoes on plates and garnish with thyme and sprinkle with pepper.
