1 lemon (juice)
10 ozs Kale
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps olive oil
5 ozs dry white wine
6 ozs cream cheese
6 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
peppers (ground)
2 ozs Parmesan
Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

Rinse the salmon, dab dry, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Rinse the kale, trim, spin dry and cut into strips. Peel the shallot and garlic, and finely chop. Sauté briefly in hot olive oil. Add the kale, steam for 1-2 minutes and add the white wine. Fold in the cream cheese and the cream and add the salmon. Let rest about 3 minutes. Add the pine nuts and season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Add the drained pasta to the pan and stir in. Divide the pasta on plates and serve with Parmesan and lemon wedges.
