400 grams Spaghetti
salt
100 grams Peas
400 grams Broccoli
250 grams Salmon
1 handful Basil
1 garlic clove
40 grams dried Tomatoes canned, in oil (drained with 2 tablespoons of oil)
40 grams green Olives (pitted)
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente.

2.

Rinse peas and broccoli and drain. Place vegetables and salmon into buttered steamer insert and cook, covered, over boiling water for about 5 minutes.  

3.

Rinse basil and shake dry. Pluck off leaves and set some aside for garnishing. Combine the rest with peeled garlic, drained tomatoes and olives in a blender. Add some tomato oil to and puree. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

4.

Cut salmon into portions. Arrange salmon, pasta and vegetables on plates and spread with pesto. 

5.

Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with basil. Serve.
