16 shrimp (ready to cook)
6 Tbsps butter
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the snow peas and blanch in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and leave to drain.

Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Heat the butter. Peel the garlic and press. Add the garlic to the pan and cook the shrimp on both sides until cooked. Add the noodles, peas, and snow peas. Mix with the garlic butter and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with Parmesan and garnished with parsley.
