1 chili pepper
100 grams Pancetta
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Peel, quarter, remove the core, and dice. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Rinse the chili, cut in half, trim, and finely chop. Cut the pancetta into strips and cook briefly in the oil with the garlic and chili. Mix in the tomato, and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta and transfer to plates.

Garnish with the parsley and the parmesan.
