Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Cut smoked salmon into cubes. Rinse, shake dry and coarsely chop spinach. Peel and finely chop garlic cloves.

In a small saucepan, bring cream, saffron and instant broth to a boil. Add spinach, garlic and salmon to sauce and cook until warmed through.

Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Divide pasta among plates and serve with freshly ground pepper.
