- 500 grams macaroni
- Iodized salt
- 500 grams fresh Strawberries
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 4 Tbsps Mint oil
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 150 grams cream cheese
Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes until al dente and drain well. Rinse, trim and slice the strawberries. Mix together the lemon juice with the oil, sugar and cinnamon, then pour over the pasta. Add sliced strawberries and combine well.

Arrange in 4 serving bowls and top with 1 tablespoon cream cheese. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
