- ½ lemon
- 9 ozs cream cheese (whipped with air)
- 3 Tbsps Mint syrup
- 2 sprigs mint
- 1 ½ lbs Strawberries
- 3 ozs Shelled pistachio
- 14 ozs Egg bread

1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Grilling tongs, 1 Grill, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Small knife
Preparation steps
1.
Juice lemon. Combine 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with cream cheese and mint syrup. Whisk until smooth.

Rinse mint and shake dry. Pluck leaves, finely chop and mix with cream cheese mixture.
3.
Rinse strawberries and cut into halves.
4.
Coarsely chop the pistachios.
5.
Cut bread into slices and grill briefly over high heat on each side. Spread each slice with cream cheese mixture. Top with strawberries and sprinkle with pistachios.
