Preparation steps

Rinse strawberries, dry, trim and cut lengthwise into thin slices. Rinse the orange, wipe dry, grate the peel finely and squeeze the juice. Add both to the strawberry slices. Heat the butter in a pan and add the thyme. Tear the bread into pieces and cook in the butter. Remove from pan, set aside and let cool. Add sugar to the pan and caramelize light brown.

Cut the endive into quarters and remove the core, place with the cut side up on foil and drizzle with caramel. Cut the goat cheese into slices and serve with the strawberries, the bread and endive on plates.
