1 shallot
1 garlic clove
8 Cherry tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt
freshly ground pepper
10 ozs Spaghetti
1 Organic orange (zested and juiced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim chard. Thinly slice stems. Chop shallot and garlic. Rinse and halve tomatoes.

2.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Add chard and cook about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

Cook spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Stir tomatoes, orange zest and juice into the chard and simmer about 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Serve spaghetti topped with chard and tomatoes.
