Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry tomatoes, halve and remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Cut basil into strips.

Heat oil in a frying pan and saute onion and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring. Season with salt, pepper, hot pepper and basil. Cook pasta according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente. Combine with sauce and serve immediately.
