300 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)
250 grams Tuna (in oil)

4 Tbsps parsley
1 Red chili pepper
400 grams Penne
50 grams black Olives

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic and finely chop. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion with the garlic until soft. Add tomatoes and the tuna and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the parsley and chop finely. Rinse the chile pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cook penne in plenty of boiling salted water according to package directions until al dente. Toss cooked pasta with the tuna-tomato sauce. Serve garnished with chile pepper, olives and chopped parsley.
