- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 2 small Zucchini
- 300 grams Broccoli (frozen)
- 250 grams Peas (frozen)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 Beefsteak tomato
- 100 grams Garlic cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Parmesan (for sprinkling)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package directions. Blanch tomatoes in boiling water, then peel, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Rinse, trim and cut zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Cook peas and broccoli in boiling salted water, about 3 minutes. Add zucchini in the last minute. Drain, rinse vegetables with cold water and drain again.

In a pan, sauté onion in hot oil. Add 1 ladle of pasta water to pan. Stir in cream cheese and season to taste. Add vegetables and pasta and mix well.

Divide pasta among bowls and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
