- 400 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 100 milliliters dry white wine
- 80 grams butter
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Rinse the zucchini, trim, cut in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into narrow strips or grate. Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely and sweat in a hot pan with oil until translucent. Add the zucchini, sauté briefly and deglaze with the white wine. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

Drain the pasta. Combine the pasta, parsley and the zucchini mixture and arrange in deep plates. Serve sprinkled with bread crumbs sprinkled. If desired, also sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
