400 grams Peas (frozen or fresh)
150 grams Prosciutto

50 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel shallot and garlic and finely chop. Blanch peas in salted water. Rinse in cold water and drain. Cut the prosciutto into thin strips.

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the cream. Season with salt and pepper.

Sauté shallot and garlic in oil in a oven-proof skillet until translucent. Add peas, mix well and cook briefly. Stir in the prosciutto and pour in the egg mixture. Cook briefly until thickened, then transfer skillet to oven and bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.

5.

Remove from oven and cut into pieces before serving.
