4 eggs
80 grams butter

150 grams Goat cheese
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
3 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps Semolina flour

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Thaw the peas.

Separate the eggs. Cream the butter and egg yolks until fluffy. Season with nutmeg. Alternately stir in the cheese and cream. Whip the egg whites until stiff then fold into the egg mixture along with the flour, semolina and peas. Season with a pinch of salt. Transfer to buttered and floured ramekins and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
