- 750 grams Peaches
- ½ lemon (juiced)
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 250 grams Pastry flour
- 250 grams ground almonds
- 250 grams sugar
- 375 grams butter
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 40 grams slivered almonds (unpeeled)
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch peaches in hot water, rinse in cold water and peel. Halve and pit, cut into cubes. Mix with lemon juice and brown sugar.

Combine flour with almonds, sugar, butter cut into pieces, cinnamon and salt in a mixing bowl, process with a dough attachment of a hand mixer until crumbly.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Sprinkle about 2/3 of crumbs onto baking sheet and press down. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with remaining crumble. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximatley 350°F) for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
5.
Remove from the oven, cool and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Cut into pieces and serve.
