2 Tbsps lemon juice
400 grams Whipped cream
2 packets whipped cream stabilizer
4 Tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch peaches in boiling water for few seconds, then rinse, peel, halve, remove pits and chop. Puree peaches with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar.

2.

Whip cream with cream stabilizer and remaining powdered sugar until stiff. Fold half of whipped cream into peach puree and divide among dessert glasses. Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with berries and lemon balm.
