- ⅔ cup butter
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- ⅜ cup cream
- 1 ¼ cups self-rising flour
- 0.333 cup Almond flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 large Peach (peeled, pitted, diced and tossed in 1 tsp flour)
- powdered sugar

1 Cutting board, 1 Serrated knife, 1 große Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Fine grater, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Brush oder Küchenpapier, 1 großer Pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Skillet oder Schmortopf
Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Place paper liners in a 12 muffin tin.

Beat the sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in the eggs and cream.

Sift in the flour and stir into the mixture with the ground almonds and salt until just combined. Gently stir in the diced peaches.
4.
Spoon into the paper liners and bake for about 25 minutes until risen and springy to the touch. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes and then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
5.
sift icing sugar over the top.
