- 200 grams Whipped cream
- 300 grams fresh Raspberries
- 6 Tbsps powdered sugar
- 4 ripe Peaches
- mint (for the garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch peaches in hot water, drain, rinse in cold water, drain again, peel, halve and remove pits.

Rinse raspberries and pat dry. Reserve some raspberries for garnish. Mix remaining raspberries with 5 tablespoons icing sugar and puree. Press puree through a sieve.

Whip cream with remaining sugar in a bowl until stiff.
4.
Place peach halves on a plate, spread whipped cream on peach halves and drizzle with some raspberry sauce. To serve, decorate serving plates with raspberry sauce, arrange peach halves on top of sauce and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
