400 grams Raspberries
1 kilogram Peaches
600 grams jam sugar (2:1)
1 Orange (juice)
1 Vanilla bean

Preparation steps

1.

Sort through raspberries and put in a pan. Blanch peaches in boiling water, rinse with cold water, peel and halve. Remove pits and cut fruit into small cubes.

2.

Add peaches, sugar, orange juice and vanilla bean (split lengthwise) to the raspberries. Mix well and infuse about an hour.

3.

Bring mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil about 4 minutes. Test to see if jam has set. Fill prepared jars with jam.
