2 lemons (juiced)
500 grams jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the peaches, then blanch in boiling water. Halve the peaches and remove the stones. Puree half of the peaches with the lemon juice. Finely dice the remaining half of the peaches. Mix the puree with the diced peaches and jam sugar in a pot.

Let the mixture infuse overnight.

3.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then cook for 4 minutes. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the hot jam. Seal tightly and cool completely.
