Ingredients
500 grams Dark couverture chocolate
20 grams Coconut oil
120 grams Peanut butter
50 grams butter
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
80 grams Shelled peanut
How healthy are the main ingredients?
Peanut butter

Preparation steps

1.

Line a mini muffin baking pan with paper candy cups.

2.

Chop the chocolate and melt along with the coconut oil over a hot water bath. Fill each candy cup with 1 tablespoon of the chocolate and set aside until firm.

3.

Meanwhile, stir the peanut butter with the butter and powdered sugar until creamy in a bowl over a hot water bath. Cool slightly, then spoon into a pastry bag. Pipe the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate, taking care not to touch the edge of the molds so that the peanut butter is completely coated with chocolate later. Coat the peanut butter with the rest of the chocolate (if needed, melt again). Chop the peanuts and sprinkle over the chocolate. Allow the chocolates to set completely, then serve.
