Nutritional values

The pancakes score with plenty of protein. Because not only the eggs provide us with the important nutrient, but also the peanut butter is rich in protein. It is made from peanuts and these are not nuts, as the name incorrectly suggests, but are among the legumes known for their high protein content.

If you would like to prepare the pancakes sugar-free, leave out the raw cane sugar in the batter without substituting it and exchange the peanut butter for peanut butter. Due to the natural sweetness of the apple, the pancake rolls still taste sweet. The delicious rolls always go down well, whether for a Sunday brunch, a leisurely breakfast or as dessert.
