5 Pear
1 lemon
250 grams Quark
200 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
1 Tbsp Almond syrup
1 Tbsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Toast almonds in a dry pan and set aside.

2.

Rinse and dry pears, cut into quarters and core, cut into cubes and place into a large bowl. Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest and squeeze juice. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon zest with half of juice, add to pears.

3.

Combine quark with yogurt, remaining lemon juice, syrup, honey and almonds. Mix until smooth and add to pears. Serve.
