1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
½ tsp Ground cinnamon
3 cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and quarter the apples and pears. Remove the seeds and finely dice. Rinse and drain the rowan berries. Mix with the juice of one lime, sugar, spices, apples, and pears. Let infuse overnight.

Rinse the second lime in hot water, then remove the zest. Squeeze the juice, then add both the to fruit mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 4 minutes, then divide into the prepared jars and seal tightly. Turn upside down for 10 minutes to cool briefly, then turn right side up and cool completely.
