250 milliliters Vegetable broth
½ tsp Dried-porcini powder
150 grams button Mushroom
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to package directions.

Pour cream and vegetable broth in a saucepan and boil to reduce to about 1/3. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and mix with the lemon juice. Briefly cook the mushrooms in hot butter in a pan. Season with porcini powder, salt and pepper and mix with the cream sauce. To serve, garnish with chopped parsley.
