2 Tbsps sunflower oil
2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
2 tsps honey
1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the pepperoncini and cut into rings. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds, and finely dice the peppers. Finely dice the pickles. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the pickles, onions, pepperocinos, and peppers for 2-3 minutes.

Mix 2 tablespoons of water, the vinegar, and the honey to the pepper mixture. Mix the cornstarch with 1 teaspoon of water until smooth. Stir into the sauce, bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This can be served room temperature of cold.
