- 2 each Bell pepper (red, green, yellow)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 large red onion
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- Chili powder
- 600 grams Swordfish fillet
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- 4 cuts lemons
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 500°F. Rinse the peppers, pat dry, arrange on a baking sheet and roast until blackened on all sides. Remove from the oven, cover and let cool.

Pierce the peppers with a sharp knife and drain the liquid. Remove the stems, seeds and pith. Peel the peppers and cut into small cubes. Toss with the pepper liquid. Peel the garlic and onion and very finely chop. Toss with the peppers and lemon juice, season with salt and chili powder and toss to combine.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into 8 thin slices. In a nonstick grill pan, heat the oil and sear the fish for 2 minutes per side. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with the pepper relish. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
