2 lg slices Tuscan white bread (or another crusty bread)
4 slices Prosciutto
4 Tomatoes
½ yellow Bell pepper
5 button Mushroom
salt

150 grams Mozzarella

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F).

Cut the bread slices in half and top each with a piece of prosciutto. Rinse, core and slice the tomatoes and lay over the prosciutto. Rinse, deseed and derib the bell pepper and slice into strips. Lay over the tomatoes. Pat the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice. Divide between the bread slices and season with salt and pepper. Slice the mozzarelle into 8 slices and place on top of the bread. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Garnish with watercress and serve.
