1 pkg pizza dough mix (mix)
80 grams green, pitted Olives
herbes de Provence
100 grams grated Cheese
Pastry flour (for working the dough)

Preparation steps

Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Rinse the peppers and cut into "puzzle pieces" (or other shapes). Rinse the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves.

Peel the onion and finely chop. Fry in hot oil until soft. Add the ground meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the tomato paste.

Pour the pizza dough mix into a mixing bowl. Add water and process according to package directions. Form into 2 balls and roll out on a lightly floured surface into round pizzas. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Distribute the prepared ingredients and olives evenly over the dough, season with salt, pepper and dried herbs. Top with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F or gas level 4-5) for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
