Pizza with Olives
Ingredients
- For the dough
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 grams Yeast (1/2 cube)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- For the topping
- 150 grams black Olives
- 200 grams Pizza cheese
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 jar Peperoncino
Preparation steps
For the dough, crumble the yeast in 150 ml (approximately Tk cup) of water and stir until smooth. Stir in the sugar. Combine the flour, oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the dissolved yeast and knead with the dough hook of an electric hand mixer until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
For the topping, drain the peperoncino and cut into fine strips. Stir together the sour cream and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough and place on an oiled baking sheet. Evenly spread with the sour cream-cheese mixture. Sprinkle the pizza with olives, pepper strips. Pluck the leaves from the thyme and sprinkle over the pizza.
Bake in an oven preheated to 250°C (approximately TK°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
