Ingredients

- For the crust
- 175 milliliters lukewarm milk
- ½ cube Yeast (21 grams)
- 300 grams Pastry flour
- salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
Preparation steps

For the crust, mix yeast with the milk until smooth. Mix milk mixture with flour, 1 pinch of salt and the olive oil with the dough hook of the hand mixer to a smooth, moist dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place about 30 minutes.

For the topping, peel the onions and garlic, chop both finely and cook in 1 tablespoon olive oil until translucent.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices.

Pluck basil leaves from the stems.

Put the dough on a greased baking sheet, roll out to the size of the sheet and cover with onions, tomato slices and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olives and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F) until browned and crispy, 25 minutes.

Slice and serve immediately.
