- 600 grams Plum
- softened butter (for greasing)
- ½ lemon
- 4 centiliters Plum Liqueur
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 50 grams ground almonds
- 50 grams ground Hazelnuts
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 100 grams Pastry flour
- 50 grams Oats
- 125 grams butter
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°F (approximately 425°F) on the convection setting.

Rinse the plums, cut in half, remove the pits and spread into a buttered baking dish. Zest the lemon, squeeze out the juice and mix both with the liqueur and honey. Drizzle over the plums and stir to combine.

Combine the ground nuts, sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon and work between your fingers to form crumbs. Cover the plums with the crumb topping. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
