50 grams ground almonds
2 Tbsps toasted Pine nuts
125 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry plums, halve and pit, cut into smaller pieces if necessary. Arrange plums tightly in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Melt butter. Combine almonds, flour, remaining sugar and remaining cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Add melted butter and crumble with your fingers. Sprinkle crumble with pine nuts over plums.

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 30 minutes.

4.

Whip cream. Arrange plums on serving plates. Garnish with mint, dust with cinnamon and top with dollops of cream. Serve.
