- 500 grams Plum
- 2 centiliters Plum Liqueur
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 50 grams ground almonds
- 75 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams Pastry flour
- 30 grams Oats
- 75 grams butter
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsps slivered almonds
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease 4 ovenproof ramekins with butter.

Rinse the plums, halve, remove the pits and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine the liqueur, honey and lemon juice and drizzle over the plums. Fill the ramekins with the plum mixture.

Combine the nuts, sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon and rub between your fingers to form crumbs. Add the sliced almonds and spread the crumb topping over the plums. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve with ice cream to taste.
