- 2 ozs Plum butter
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.

Combine the garlic and ginger with the plum jam, vinegar, orange juice and oil. Mix well and season with salt, cayenne pepper and a touch of cinnamon. If too thick, add a little water to adjust consistency. Refrigerate and serve chilled or at room temperature.
