Preparation steps

Bring 800 ml (approximately 3 1/2 cup) of water with 1/2 teaspoon salt and butter to a boil and add polenta, stirring. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat and let soak for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Cut ham into small cubes. Heat oil in a pan and cook ham for a few minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Gradually add Parmesan and eggs to slightly cooled polenta, add ham and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
