Preparation steps

For the polenta, boil the vegetable broth with the olive oil in a pan and stir in the polenta slowly. Add the grated Parmesan cheese into the polenta. Remove from heat and let soak for about 20 minutes. Spread the polenta in layer about 2.5 cm (approximately 1 inch) thick into a small oiled baking tray and let cool.

Cut the polenta into pieces (cubes or diamonds). Melt the butter in a pan, add the sage and polenta cubes in it and fry from each side until golden brown. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve in bowls.
