8 Tbsps olive oil
3 Tbsps light soy sauce
2 tsps salt
2 garlic cloves
freshly ground peppers (from the mil)
½ Pineapple
8 Skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. For the marinade, whisk oil vigorously with soy sauce. Peel and press garlic through a garlic press into marinade. Season with and pepper and mix well.

Pour marinade over pork and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, rinse pineapple, cut into thin slices, and then into bite-sized pieces. Remove pork from marinade, pat dry and thread alternately with pineapple pieces (and, if desired, pineapple leaves) onto skewers. Brush skewers with marinade and grill, turning frequently, until golden-brown, 8-10 minutes.
