4 small Cucumber
350 grams starchy potatoes
1 yellow onion
350 grams Smoked pork chop
2 tsps ground paprika
500 milliliters Beef stock
½ bunch Dill (flowers)
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil (cold pressed)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle pork with paprika and mix well. Peel potatoes, rinse and dice. Peel cucumber, cut off ends, halve lengthwise, use spoon to scrape out seeds and cut flesh into slices. Peel and chop onion.

Heat 3 tablespoons oil in saucepan, sauté onion while stirring, then add potatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Stir in pork and pour in broth. Quickly bring to boil, then cover and let simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

Add cucumber and let simmer another 10 minutes. Chop dill coarsely and sprinkle into stew before serving. Season stew with salt and pepper and serve hot.
