- 600 grams Pork butt
- 1 tsp Caraway
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tbsps ground paprika (sweet)
- 1 kilogram waxy potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- 2 Tbsps Vinegar
- 400 milliliters Beef broth
- 1 lg can blanched Tomatoes (800 grams)
Preparation steps

Cut pork into bite-size cubes. Crush cumin in a mortar. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix pork in a bowl with salt, pepper, cumin, garlic and 1 tablespoon paprika. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel onions and dice.

Melt butter in a large saucepan and brown pork on all sides over high heat. Add onions and cook briefly. Sprinkle with remaining paprika and immediately add vinegar, broth and tomatoes. Simmer everything over low heat for about 30 minutes and season to taste. Serve immediately.
