- 125 grams streaky Bacon
- 500 grams Pork (shoulder or neck)
- 2 onions
- 125 grams Garlic sausage
- 750 grams Green cabbage
- 125 grams Mushrooms (and oyster mushrooms)
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp Caraway
- 2 tsps ground paprika
- salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 milliliters Broth
- fresh marjoram
- ½ tsp dried marjoram
Preparation steps

Dice the bacon finely. Remove the bones from the pork and cut the meat into cubes. Peel the onions and chop coarsely. Rinse, trim and cut the white cabbage into fine strips.
Add the bacon and the diced meat into a pan and fry all around. Add the onions. Add the sliced garlic sausage and the cabbage, and saute briefly.

Trim the mushrooms, and cut into halves or quarters. Add the mushrooms together with the tomato paste, the crushed garlic and the spices into the pork. Pour the broth and sprinkle the marjoram. Cover the pan and cook for 40 minutes over medium heat. Do not stir! Serve garnished with marjoram.
