- 4 Pork loin
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 Zucchini
- 150 grams Sour cream
- 50 grams Herb cream cheese
- 150 grams Long grain rice
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse rice and bring to a boil with twice the amount of lightly salted water, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
2.
Rinse zucchini, trim and cut into matchsticks.
3.
Season pork medallions with salt and pepper and sear in a pan in the clarified butter for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep warm.
4.
Blanch zucchini in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes and drain.
5.
Add sour cream to the pan and stir in the cream cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6.
Serve rice with zucchini, pork medallions and cheese sauce.
