- 800 grams Pork tenderloin
- ½ Pineapple
- 200 grams Raspberries
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 150 milliliters Beef broth
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Red pepper flakes
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the pork into 12 even slices.

Peel the pineapple, core and cut into small pieces.
3.
Rinse the raspberries and pat dry.
4.
Sear the meat in hot oil for 1-2 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the heat and let rest. Deglaze the pan with broth and boil down slightly. Add the vinegar and honey and boil until reduced slightly. Season with soy sauce and chili flakes. Transfer the pork to serving plates and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with pineapple and raspberries. Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
