800 grams Pork tenderloin (trimmed)
3 Tbsps olive oil
freshly ground peppers
salt
2 Kohlrabi
1 Cucumber
2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
1 Lime (juiced)
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
1 handful oregano

Preparation steps

Preheat the grill.

Rinse the meat, pat dry and brush with olive oil. Season with pepper and cook and on the grill 20-30 minutes, turning frequently. Season with salt.

Peel the kohlrabi and cucumber. Cut both into very thin strips using a peeler or mandoline. Whisk grapeseed oil with the lime juice, salt, honey and sesame seeds, mix with the vegetables and adjust seasonings to taste.

4.

Wrap the meat in foil after grilling, let rest briefly and finally cut into slices. Rinse the oregano, shake dry and sprinkle over the salad. Serve salad with the pork tenderloin.
