½ cup Herb cream cheese (with garlic)
1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme
¼ tsp freshly ground Black pepper
4 bone-in Pork chop
2 tsps olive oil
salt

To garnish
2 tsps freshly chopped thyme
2 cups mixed Lettuce
½ cup button Mushrooms (sliced)

Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Mix together the cheese, thyme and black pepper.
3.
Lay the chops on a chopping board and with a sharp knife held parallel to the board, cut a pocket into the pork, all the way to the bone, but leaving the sides intact. Stuff the cheese mixture into the pockets and close with a cocktail stick.
4.
Brush the chops with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Grill the chops for 5-8 minutes on each side (depending on thickness) until cooked through. Remove the cocktail sticks and sprinkle with the chopped thyme. Serve with a mixed leaf and mushroom salad.
