Nutritional values

Beef and mushrooms with their B vitamins provide good nerves, good sleep and a complete memory. Potatoes keep you full for a long time with their complex carbohydrates and score points with high-quality proteins. The calcium-rich parmesan also strengthens bones and teeth.

Those who prefer to do without meat can replace it with tofu, another meat alternative or with even more vegetables. An aromatic tomato sauce goes wonderfully with the casserole. If you don't have any at home, you can quickly prepare it yourself with our recipe for Blitz tomato sauce.
