800 grams potatoes
1 egg
150 grams Goat cheese
1 tsp cornstarch
salt
freshly ground peppers
sunflower oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes and grate finely. Squeeze grated potatoes well.  

2.

Combine potatoes with egg, goat cheese and cornstarch, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

3.

Heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan and make patties out of potato mixture. Cook, few at a time, for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve.
